1. Tomat
Penelitian menunjukkan tomat sepuluh kali lebih potensial dari vitamin C dan 14 kali lebih kuat dibandingkan antioksidan pada anggur merah untuk dapat membuat kulit awet muda. Tomat juga mengandung pigmen merah likopen yang dapat membantu memperlambat masalah yang terkait dengan penuaan. Kabar baiknya, likopen bahkan lebih baik diserap ketika tomat dimasak.
2. Wortel
Wortel mendapatkan warna cerah oranye dari nutrisi super pigmen beta karoten. Para ilmuwan percaya bila nutrisi super ini terkumpul di bawah kulit dapat memberi perlindungan terhadap radiasi matahari.
